Some of the highlights of the Panagbenga Celebration 2024 include:

The Grand Float Parade, a mesmerizing display of intricately designed floats adorned with fresh flowers, dancing to the rhythm of festive music. This event will take place on February 25, 2024, along the main streets of the city. You can marvel at the creativity and craftsmanship of the local artists and communities that participate in this parade.

The cultural performances, which echo the rich tapestry of Filipino heritage, as artists in traditional attire showcase enthralling dances and musical acts. You can witness the diversity and unity of the different ethnic groups that inhabit the Cordillera region, as well as the influence of other cultures that have shaped the history and identity of the Philippines.

The Night Market, which invites you to a world where hundreds of stalls offer an eclectic mix of food, crafts, and apparel under the starlit sky. You can indulge in the local delicacies, such as strawberry taho, ube jam, and peanut brittle, or try some exotic dishes, such as pinikpikan, etag, and pinuneg. You can also browse through the various items for sale, from handmade souvenirs, to vintage clothing, to trendy accessories.

The Market Encounter showcases the products and services of various cooperatives in the city, ranging from handicrafts, food, clothing, accessories, and more. It is also a feast for the senses, as you can enjoy the lively music, the fragrant aromas, and the vibrant atmosphere of the street. Whether you are looking for something to buy, something to eat, or something to do, the market encounter at Session Road has something for everyone. This years umbrella design mesmerized me as I felt a sense of calmness for its aesthetic view.
